On any given day you could find me doing any number of things:
- playing with my children
- watching Judge Judy
- dreaming about moving to New Zealand
- wishing I knew how to sew
- dragging my wonderful, PATIENT husband to IKEA
- wishing I were a better housekeeper and dreaming of winning a huge gift certificate to the Container Store
- eating a hot dog covered with slaw and mustard
- reading a book about dieting (!)
I’m a pretty laid back kind of chick. Not girly, though I have an appreciation for all things frilly and pink, I’m just infinitely more comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt. :) My idea of fun can range wildly from curling up with one of my favorite cheesy romance novels to going to the pool and doing cannonballs with my kids to watching a Lord of the Rings movie marathon. Or maybe a Will Ferrell movie marathon. Hmmm. Maybe Vince Vaughn. Laughing is as much a part of me as breathing. I cannot imagine a day without laughing!
I’m a Libra and love all things to be harmonious and in balance. :)
With my photography, I love catching real moments, real emotion, real people. You should look back on your photos and be able to recognize yourself and who you were at the moment that photograph was captured. That is my goal, to give you something you will look back on a smile with the memory of it. Whether it’s the soft, dewy skin of your newborn, the twinkle in your mischievous child’s eye, the love you feel when you look at your husband or wife, I want to capture the beauty and realness of it all for you.
