What Do I Wear? ~ Greensboro Photographer

Probably the most common question I hear from clients is, “What do we wear for our session?” Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am *this* close to being a candidate for the show “What NOT to Wear” so, instead I rely on the fashion sense of others when recommending things for my clients. What I do know is, clothing should be comfortable and reflect your personality. If you are having a family portrait done, it is vital that everyone’s outfits complement one another. They don’t need to be totally matchy-matchy, the colors should just all go well together. You are going to see some great examples on how to dress your whole family for a session in just a moment. These examples will tell you where to get these clothes but, you can also use them as a jumping off point for shopping in your own closet or at your favorite store. Don’t take these examples too literally and feel like you have to get these exact pieces. Take into account what you like and what you’d like to see. I’m sure you’re going to choose something great!!
