My New Best Friend, "D" – Greensboro Children's Photographer
So I have an announcement to make. I have a new best bud and he’s just about the coolest 20 month old I’ve met. He is the son of a friend of mine and I had the great pleasure of capturing some images of him this morning. See, D’s mom and I used to be tight way back in the day. So far back in the day that she and I decided we weren’t going to bring that up again. :) It sure was great to get together with Carolyn and reminisce and get caught up on things all while working on my new friendship with her little one. I promised her a couple of sneak peeks so here you go!
He was pretty shy at first:

But eventually we became friends:
So sweet!!! And a talker!! And those lashes! Don’t get me started on those lashes. Why do boys always get lashes like that?? I just don’t know. It’s one of those mysteries that will never be solved, I guess. One of nature’s cruel little ironies.
I sure did enjoy myself today, for many reasons. Thanks, Carolyn, for allowing me to come into your home and invade it for a couple of hours!
